If you are purchasing as a consumer residing in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you are entitled to certain statutory rights, which are detailed below.
2. Pricing and Payments
- Currency and Taxes: All prices are displayed on the Website. For EU residents, prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, based on your country of residence.

- Subscriptions: If you purchase a recurring subscription, your account will be automatically billed at the start of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
3. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract within the valid 14-day period (and before immediate performance has begun, see Section 4), we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
4. Immediate Performance & Waiver of Withdrawal Right for SaaS
IMPORTANT FOR DIGITAL CONTENT & SERVICES: According to EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital services or digital content once the performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
By purchasing a subscription on ambileap.com, logging into your dashboard, or accessing our premium wellness tools and features, you explicitly request immediate access to the service and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
5. Voluntary Refund & Cancellation Policy
Since the statutory right of withdrawal expires once you access the SaaS platform, we offer the following fair commercial policy to all users worldwide:
- Subscription Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will retain access to the platform until the end of that period.
- No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle that has already started.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical faults or service interruptions that prevent you from using the service, please contact us. If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a full or partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
